Provided is a grounding structure for a fuel filling device, the grounding structure being configured so that the design and manufacturing of a grounding connection section are facilitated and, in addition, the grounding connection section and a fuel pipe can be electrically reliably connected. A grounding connection section (49) is formed on a filler neck (40). The grounding connection section (49) has: a raised section (71) raised from the body (41) of the filler neck (40); a fuel pipe pressing section (72) formed at the front end of the raised section (71) and disposed facing the outer surface of a breather pipe (43); and a connection protrusion (73) provided protruding from a surface (fuel pipe pressing surface)(72a) of the fuel pipe pressing surface (72a), the surface (72a) facing the outer surface of the breather pipe (43).
