摘要 <p>The present invention comprises: a housing having an air suction port wherein air in the outside flows into the inside and an inner space wherein an opening is formed on an upper surface; a cooling fan provided in the opening on an upper surface of the housing, and enabling the outside air to be sucked into the inner space through the air suction port; a filling material installed in the inner space of the housing; a cooling water accommodating unit provided in a lower side of the housing, wherein cooling water is accommodated; a heat exchange unit wherein an end is connected to the cooling water accommodating unit to be extended in an upper side of the filling material for the cooling water accommodated in the cooling water accommodating unit to be spouted to the filling material, and a plurality of spout holes are through-formed in an area arranged in an upper side of the filling material; and an auxiliary heat exchange unit having an extension unit formed to be extended along a height direction of the housing by moving heated cooling water to be spouted to the filling material, and a spout unit interconnected to the extension unit to be arranged in an upper side of the filling material, wherein a plurality of spout holes are through-formed. As a separate auxiliary heat exchange unit is provided in a cooling tower, cooling water flowing into the cooling tower is cooled in a wet process, and simultaneously outside air flowing into the inside of the cooling tower is cooled in an upper side surface of the cooling tower, thereby increasing cooling efficiency to save energy, and simultaneously installing a cooling water supply pipe in an inner side of the cooling tower to enable an appearance to be beautiful.</p>
