PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel adhesive sheet, touch panel laminate including the touch panel adhesive sheet and static capacitance type touch panel that can suppress occurrence of a faulty operation of the static capacitance type touch panel under a wide temperature environment from a low temperature to a high temperature.SOLUTION: A touch panel adhesive sheet is a touch panel adhesive sheet that contains at least a (meth) acrylic adhesive and (meth) hydrophobic additive, where a ratio of a number of moles of an oxygen atom to a number of moles of a carbon atom in the (meth) acrylic adhesive is 0.08 to 0.20, and a ratio of the number of moles of the oxygen atom to the number of moles of the carbon atom in the (meth) hydrophobic additive is 0 to 0.10, and a content of the (meth) hydrophobic additive is 20 to 80 mass% with respect to a total mass of the touch panel adhesive sheet, a ratio of the number of moles of the oxygen atom to the number of moles of the carbon atom contained in the touch panel adhesive sheet is 0.03 to 0.15, and a maximum value of loss tangent is shown in -5 to 60°C of a range. |
