PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which can regulate the amount of coating material stuck onto a coating roller without separately preparing a screen.SOLUTION: A container 10 that can be used to store coating material comprises an upper part 14 having an opening part 12 and an edge part surrounding the opening 12, a bottom part 16 located at a bottom of the container 10 and a side part 18. The opening part 12 of the container 10 has area capable of superposing another container 10. Thereby the containers can be mutually piled up and they needs no extra space when the container 10 is sold or is transported. The side part of the container 10 has four surfaces and at least one projection part 20 is provided at one surface of the side part 18. The projection 20 is used to regulate the amount of the coating material stuck onto a coating tool, for example, a coating roller, a paintbrush, and a brush. |
