Provided are a touch panel, a display device, and a touch panel manufacturing method whereby a decrease in wire line width can be achieved while improving appearance by hiding the wiring. A first electrode group extends in a direction intersecting a second electrode group as viewed in plan, with most or all of first wires being disposed such that, as viewed in plan, the entire line widths of the first wires overlap light-shielding portions. With reference to a display device, a first electrode portion is positioned outside a dielectric portion, and the first wires and/or second wires have different line widths depending on height, with the line width at an outer-most portion being smaller than the line width at an inner-most portion. |
