METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RECOVERY OF LIVING CELLS FROM CRYOPRESERVED CELLS

Provided are a method for the high efficiency recovery of living cells when thawing and recovering cryopreserved cells, and a system for said method.　This method for recovering living cells from cryopreserved cells includes the thawing of cryopreserved cells, and the use of a dilution solution to dilute the thawed cell suspension. The method is characterized by the dilution being performed such that the maximum osmotic load during dilution is 250 mOsm/second or less.
