A support structure of a steering column is provided with an instrument panel reinforcement set up along a vehicle width direction, a support member secured to the instrument panel reinforcement, and a steering column supported on the instrument panel reinforcement interposed by the support member. The support member is secured to the instrument panel reinforcement in a vehicle longitudinal direction.
