A method for manufacturing an activated carbon fiber honeycomb quilt comprises the following steps: stacking in sequence a first one-way moisture-permeable cloth layer (1), a second one-way moisture-permeable cloth layer (2) and a third one-way moisture-permeable cloth layer (3); filling a first filling layer (4) with heat preservation cotton; filling a second filling layer (5) with activated carbon fiber cotton; carrying out quilting after the heat preservation cotton and the activated carbon fiber cotton are filled; and then carrying out edge coverage forming. Moisture-conductive honeycomb fiber fabric is used for the first one-way moisture-permeable cloth layer and the third one-way moisture-permeable cloth layer, and carbon fiber fabric is used for the second one-way moisture-permeable cloth layer. The activated carbon fiber fabric has the function of cleaning and purifying indoor air and has a physiotherapy effect on a human body, while the honeycomb fiber fabric has the absorption function and the quick drying function. The single-side moisture permeability effect can be achieved by means of the change of the weave structure. By means of a combination of the activated carbon fiber fabric and the honeycomb fiber fabric, the multifunctional health-care quilt that is highly moisture-conductive, can absorb harmful substances in the air, and have an infrared health care effect on the human body can be obtained. |
