A retaining part (73), which retains an operating oil supply pipe (88) arranged in a converter housing (220), is formed on a flange part (72) of a reservoir plate (70), said retaining part being formed as an projecting part (73a) projecting toward the converter housing (220) and a recessed part (73b) formed on the projecting part (73a) so as to follow the operating oil supply pipe (88). Thus, in comparison with the use of another member such as a clamping member to retain the operating oil supply pipe (88), the number of parts can be reduced and the assembly work can be improved. Furthermore, the retaining part (73) is provided with a complex shape by means of the projecting part (73a) and the recessed part (73b), which have a concavo-convex shape, so the strength of the retaining part (73) with respect to bending and the like can be increased. |
