Disclosed are a pill sorting device (2), a drug sorting machine (4) and a drug sorting method, wherein the pill sorting device (2) comprises a connecting rod (22), a suction nozzle (23), an air pump (24), a sorting circuit means (3), wherein an air pressure detection sensor (35) of the sorting circuit means (3) is in communicative connection with an industrial personal computer (30), the suction nozzle (23) is fixed at one end of the connecting rod (22), the connecting rod (22) is provided with an air flow passage (221), the air flow passage (221) communicates with the suction nozzle (23), the air flow passage (221) is linked to the air pump (24), the air pressure detection sensor (35) is provided in the gas passage formed by the suction nozzle (23) and the air pump (24), and the air pump (24) is electrically connected with the industrial personal computer (30). The drug sorting machine (4) comprises the aforementioned pill sorting device (2), a housing (41), a moving mechanism (5), a drug support (42), and a drug disk storage mechanism (7), wherein the moving mechanism (5), the drug support (42), and the drug disk storage mechanism (7) are provided on a workbench in the housing (41), respectively, the pill sorting device (2) is fixed on the moving mechanism (5), and the sorting circuit means (2) also comprises a CCD camera (38), wherein the CCD camera (38) is in communicative connection with the industrial personal computer (30). The method, through the aforementioned pill sorting machine (4), achieves automatic loading of pills into the corresponding grid (81) in the drug disk (8), has a fast pill loading speed, and saves time and effort. |
