<p>The invention relates to an electronic component (1) with supervised communication modules. Said component comprises: - at least two communication modules (3, 4, 5) functioning in parallel; and - a microprocessor-free supervisor (2). Each communication module (3, 4, 5, 46) comprises a step (20) for interfacing with the supervisor (2), thus enabling the latter to use a data format common to all the modules (3, 4, 5).
