<p>The present invention provides an automatic riveting apparatus, comprising: an incoming transfer part to guide the transfer of each incoming pallet wherein an object is seated; a take-out transfer part which is placed to be horizontal with the incoming transfer part to guide the take-out transfer of the pallet after riveting; an operation unit which is in a line with the incoming transfer part and the take-out transfer part between them and takes the multiple incoming pallets along the incoming transfer part at the same time to horizontally move each pallet at a time in accordance with the riveting zone of the objects seated on each pallet in longitudinal and lateral directions; a feeding unit to transfer each pallet transferred by the incoming transfer part to the operation unit at a time; and multiple riveters separately placed right above the operation unit to carry out the riveting of the objects seated on each pallet with vertical movement. Therefore, the automatic riveting apparatus allows the simultaneous riveting of multiple small rivets on the multiple objects; simplifies the entire structure; and allows the continuous progress of work at a time.</p> |
