PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer which suppresses a temperature rise.SOLUTION: A transformer includes a core, primary windings 103 and 104, and a secondary winding. The core has a first core 101 and a second core 102 arranged on the side of the first core 101. The primary windings 103 and 104 are configured to include a first primary winding 103a wound around the first core 101, and a second primary winding 104a wound around the second core 102 and electrically connected in series with the first primary winding 103a. The first primary winding 103a is arranged so that the direction of a magnetic flux on the inner peripheral side of the first primary winding 103a induced by the first primary winding 103a is opposite to the direction of a magnetic flux on the inner peripheral side of the second primary winding 104a induced by the second primary winding 104a. The secondary winding comprising bus bars 105 and 106 is wound so that the winding axis of the first primary winding 103a and the winding axis of the second primary winding 104a are formed on the inner peripheral side of the secondary winding.
