PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize substance exchange between an inside and a periphery of packing material.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a medicine blister for a powder inhaler. The medicine blister of the invention stores powder including inhalable medicine. The blister exhibits decrease of steam permeability caused by decrease of a sealing wax layer.
