<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion capacitor which is high in its discharge capacity when being caused to work at low and high temperatures, and excellent in safety.SOLUTION: A lithium ion capacitor according to the present invention comprises: a positive electrode; a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material capable of occluding and releasing lithium ions; and a nonaqueous electrolyte including a lithium salt. The negative electrode active material includes: at least one oxide selected from a group consisting of SiO, BOand PO; and at least one metal crystal selected from a group consisting of a metal Sn crystal and a Sn-Li alloy crystal.</p> |
