<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect oblique suction of a component, without impeding the degree of movement freedom of a transfer head.SOLUTION: A component recognition device comprises: a first imaging unit 7A which captures, from right below, an image of a component attracted to a mounting head 16; a second imaging unit 7B which captures an image of the component from obliquely below; and a control unit 30. The control unit 30 performs projective transformation processing with the use of a predetermined conversion coefficient on a bottom surface image of the component captured by the imaging unit 7B so as to convert the bottom surface image of the component into an image of the component captured from right below. The control unit 30 also compares the bottom surface image of the component thus converted with the bottom surface image of the component captured by the first imaging unit 7A so as to determine, on the basis of the degree of similarity, whether or not an oblique suction condition of the component is present.</p> |
