<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print management system for properly counting the number of printed sheets to a print execution user and a print requesting user.SOLUTION: The print management system includes storage means for storing the number of printable sheets allocated to each user, information addition means for receiving information about the number of sheets to be printed, information about a print condition, and information about the transmission destination and the transmission source of the information from a first user and a second user and adding the information to one piece of print data, communication means for transmitting/receiving the information on the basis of the information about the transmission destination and the transmission source, and print control means for calculating the number of estimated sheets to be printed on the basis of the information about the number of sheets to be printed received from the first user, and subtracting the number of printable sheets of the second user which is as many as the number of estimated sheets to be printed.</p> |
