<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an electrodeposition paint capable of forming a highly uniform and dense paint coating containing high concentration of dispersion particles.SOLUTION: A production method of an electrodeposition paint related to the present invention comprises a polymerization step s1 of obtaining a (meth)acrylic resin by polymerization, an inorganic fine particle preparation step s2, a coupling agent preparation step s3, a coupling reaction step s4, a dispersion step s5, and a dispersion liquid taking-out step s6. In the coupling reaction step s4, while the (meth)acrylic resin obtained in the polymerization step s1, inorganic fine particles prepared in the inorganic fine particle preparation step s2, and the coupling agent prepared in the coupling agent preparation step s3 are dispersed in a dispersion medium using a bead mill, they are reacted to obtain a conjugate. In the dispersion step s5, the conjugate obtained in the coupling reaction step s4 is dispersed in water containing a neutralizer using the bead mill to obtain a dispersion liquid. In the dispersion liquid taking-out step s6, the dispersion liquid obtained in the dispersion step s5 is taken out as an electrodeposition paint.</p> |
