<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction coefficient evaluation method by which accurate dynamic friction coefficient can be evaluated by easily and properly managing the state of an evaluation object plane 16.SOLUTION: The friction coefficient evaluation method comprises measurement steps (#1, #2), a calculation step (#3), and a correction step (#5). In the measurement steps (#1, #2), measurement results of a plurality of dynamic friction coefficients of a first rubber sample S and a second rubber sample A are obtained by alternately measuring the dynamic friction coefficient of the first rubber sample S and the dynamic friction coefficient of the second rubber sample A different from the first rubber sample S using the same predetermined evaluation object plane 16. In the calculation step (#3), variation among the plurality of measurement results of dynamic friction coefficients of the first rubber sample S is calculated. In the correction step (#5), the dynamic friction coefficients of the second rubber sample A are corrected based upon the variation of the first rubber sample S.</p> |
