<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can suppress torque ripples resultant from the structure of an electric motor without being influenced by the responsiveness of feedback control.SOLUTION: The device comprises an electric motor 110 that gives assist force to the steering of a vehicle steering wheel, a resolver 120 that detects an electrical angleθof the electric motor 110, d-axis subtraction unit 41d, q-axis subtraction unit 41q, d-axis PI control unit 42d, q-axis PI control unit 42q which carry out feedback control so that a deviation between a target current supplied to the electric motor 110 and an actual current supplied to the electric motor 110 is zero, an electrical angle correction unit 38 that corrects the detected electrical angleθdetected by the resolver 120, and a two-axis three-phase conversion unit 51 that determines an impressed voltage impressed on the electric motor 110 on the basis of values feedback-controlled by the d-axis subtraction unit 41d, q-axis subtraction unit 41q, d-axis PI control unit 42d, q-axis PI control unit 42q, and of corrected electrical anglesθc corrected by the electrical angle correction unit 38.</p> |
