The present invention executes: a specification process in which a processor specifies another job the expected execution time of which overlaps a job to be estimated among a plurality of jobs executed by a first server, from among the plurality of jobs; a calculation process in which the job to be estimated calculates a single execution time executed singly by the first server on the basis of the expected execution time of the job to be estimated and the expected execution time of the other job specified by the specification process; and a creation process for creating a schedule in which the job to be estimated and the single execution time calculated by the calculation process are correlated.
