The present invention relates to a wireless access system that supports a full duplex radio (FDR) transmission condition. A method of allocating a resource at a base station in the wireless access system supporting the FDR according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: allocating a first resource based on a grouping that allocates a resource by setting a plurality of terminals as a group; determining whether to change the configuration of a terminal in the group; receiving interference information from the terminal when it is determined that the configuration of the terminal has been changed; and updating grouping information based on the interference information and allocating a second resource.
