Provided are an acoustic wave process device and a signal processing method and program which can improve image quality while suppressing reduction in frame rate and ensuring real-time properties in a color mode that combines and displays a B-mode image and a color Doppler image. This acoustic wave process device includes: a data processing unit that performs an overlap process to either first element data or first reception data generated by performing phasing and adding to the first element data, and generates processed data; an image generation unit that generates a B-mode image on the basis of the first element data and processed data; a blood flow image generation unit that generates a blood flow image on the basis of blood flow information included in the first element data; a region setting unit that sets a blood flow image region; a process region setting unit that sets a region to be processed by the data processing unit on the basis of information on the blood flow image region; and a display image generation unit that generates a composite image of the B-mode image and blood flow image. |
