The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for reestablishing radio resource control connection in dual connectivity. More particularly, a method for performing radio resource control (RCC) connection reestablishment by UE which maintains dual connectivity status in a first base station and a second base station according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a step of transmitting an RRC connection reestablishment request message to the second base station; a step of receiving an RRC connection reestablishment message from the second base station; and a step of performing RRC connection reestablishment with the first base station and/or the second base station according to the received message.
