PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device that generates an image reading guide for efficiently performing image reading based on an anatomic position, and performs display for supporting image reading.SOLUTION: A medical image display device which receives a medical image composed of a plurality of slice images includes: an anatomic position detection part for detecting an anatomic position indicating a characteristic local structure of a human body from the medical image; an image reading guide generation part for generating an image reading guide for guiding an image reading order for the medical image based on the anatomic position; a display generation part for generating the display based on the anatomic position for guiding the image reading order by the image reading guide and the anatomic position detected from the medical image; and a display part for displaying the display generated by the display generation part.
