Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and apparatus for determining a color of an interface control, which can improve visual attraction of a user interface and improve the user experience. The method comprises: obtaining at least one pixel from a desktop wallpaper; obtaining a color value of the at least one pixel; and determining color values of pixels in an interface control according to the color value of the at least one pixel. By determining at least one pixel from a desktop wallpaper and determining a color of an interface control according a color value of the at least one pixel, color style matching between the desktop wallpaper and the interface control can be achieved, the visual attraction of a user interface can be improved, and the user experience can be improved. |
