In wireless multicast transmission, the present invention uses receipt acknowledgment responses to enhance reliability while ensuring efficient use of wireless resources. Upon receiving a multicast data frame, a plurality of wireless communication devices included in a multicast group use spatial multiplexing to simultaneously transmit multicast receipt acknowledgment responses in response to a receipt acknowledgment request from a sender. Meanwhile, the sender wireless communication device separates and restores the simultaneously received receipt acknowledgment responses into the original individual receipt acknowledgment responses through signal processing based on channel information for the recipient wireless communication devices.
