The present invention relates to a protection sheet for a liquid crystal glass for display and a method for manufacturing the same, the protection sheet comprising: a first wire part having first wires, which are arranged thereon in a horizontal direction and of which a cross section is formed in either a circular shape or a polygonal shape; a second wire part; a sheet layer; and a felt layer which is coupled to the lower side of the sheet layer by an adhesive or heat, and of which thread tissues are arranged in a parallel or a non-defined direction, wherein: since the first wire part and the second wire part that form the sheet layer are in the form of wires, foreign substances floating in the air easily fall into holes by the first wire part and the second wire part having a wire form even though the foreign substances fall to the upper part of the sheet layer such that the foreign substances are not accumulated on the sheet layer, thereby preventing a liquid crystal glass from being scratched by the foreign substances; and the holes of the sheet layer are naturally formed by the first wire part and the second wire part instead of being formed through the blade of a knife or laser, such that the holes are formed in certain sizes without requiring a separate process for forming the holes and the holes can be neatly formed without debris or the like when the holes are formed. |
