Disclosed are a nano-silver anti-cancer composition for treating and preventing female carcinoma of uterine cervix and a preparation method and use thereof. The composition contains components at the following concentrations: 3-200 mg/kg of nano-silver powder, 700-1000 mg/kg of Carbomer, 700-1000 mg/kg of triethanolamine, 2.8-3.2 g/kg of glucose, and the balance being water; the purity of silver in the nano-silver powder is not less than 99.99%, and the particle size of the silver particles is 1-5 nm.
