The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing camellia seed oil having an excellent anti-inflammatory effect by using supercritical carbon dioxide, and camellia seed oil manufacturing by the method. Specifically, the method comprises the steps of: extracting camellia seed oil applying supercritical carbon dioxide to a crushed camellia seed material in a condition of 35 to 90 bar and 100 to 800 bar; and separating and recirculating carbon dioxide from a mixture of the extracted oil and superficial carbon dioxide. The camellia seed oil manufactured by the present invention reduces generation of nitrogen oxide (NO) in a macrophage treated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) by containing a high bioactive material, and has excellent functionality as an anti-inflammatory cosmetic material by inducing reduction of red spots and regeneration of a skin barrier of an inflammatory reaction mediated by sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). |
