<p>The invention relates to an assembly unit (1) having an assembly part (2), which is penetrated by a bore (5) and is to be fastened to a basic structure (14), having a shaft (6), a head (7), which protrudes radially over the shaft (6) and radially overlaps the bore edge (9) and a fastener (3), having a fastening section (13) on the end thereof facing away from the head (7), which is held captively and movably in the bore (5) between a first axial position (I) and a second axial position (II), wherein, in the first axial position (I), the shaft (6) protrudes out of the assembly surface (17) of the assembly part (2) facing away from the head (7) by a maximum protrusion (23) having at least one part of the fastening section and wherein, in the second axial position (II), the fastening section (13) does not protrude, or at most protrudes from the assembly surface (17) at a reduced protrusion relative to the first axial position (I), and having a spring (4, 104, 204), which encompasses the shaft (6) and is formed from a wound spring wire (29) and which holds the fastener (3) captively in the bore (5), having the end of the spring which is close to the head (4a) on the shaft (6a) and having the other end of the spring which is away from the head (4b) fastened on the assembly part (2).
