<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new measuring reagent and method which measures a C-reactive protein in a sample by measuring a complex aggregate formed through a specific binding reaction between the C-reactive protein in the sample and a specific binding substance binding to the C-reactive protein and fixed to a carrier particle, and can accurately measure C-reactive proteins having a wide range of concentrations from low to high concentrations by enlarging a measurement range to low and high concentrations. <P>SOLUTION: A monocarboxylic acid, a derivative thereof, or their salts are contained or exist in the measuring reagent and method for measuring the C-reactive protein in the sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
