<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine having a metal reflection layer arranged on the surface of a game board, and configured to prevent deterioration in workability of nail adjustment, while maintaining gorgeousness. <P>SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine 1 includes: a transparent protective layer 31; a decorative layer 32 decorated by coloring; and a reflection layer 36 that reflects light incident from a player side through the protective layer 31 and the decorative layer 32, which are sequentially stacked on the surface of the game board 6 from the player side. A game nail includes a first game nail group 40 and a second game nail group 50 which is more frequently adjusted than the first game nail group 40. The decorative layer 32 includes a first coloring area X1, and a second coloring area X2 whose light transmittance is lower than the first coloring area X1. An area corresponding to the second game nail group 50 is colored to be the second coloring area X2.
