<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decolorization device for suppressing the occurrence of a curl in the case of carrying out decolorization processing only to one side of a sheet.SOLUTION: A decolorization device includes: a conveyance part; a first decolorization unit; a second decolorization unit; and a nip pressure setting part. The conveyance part is configured to convey a sheet along the conveyance path. The first decolorization unit is disposed along the conveyance path, and configured to hold the sheet to be conveyed by a first nip with a predetermined nip pressure, and to heat one side of the sheet for carrying out decolorization processing. The second color decolorization unit is positioned at the downstream in a sheet conveyance direction of the first decolorization unit, and configured to hold the sheet by a second nip with a predetermined nip pressure, and to heat the other side of the sheet so as to carry out decolorization processing. The nip pressure setting part independently sets the predetermined nip pressures of the first nip and the second nip of the first and second decolorization units to a first nip pressure or a second nip pressure weaker than the first nip pressure.</p> |
