<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a flow path length of a first flow path 3, and to reduce a cross section area of the flow path to increase flow speed, to dispose an inner fin 16 in a second flow path 4, and to increase its heat transmission area to promote heat exchange between first fluid 5 and second fluid 6. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of projections 13, 14 is juxtaposed on a first plate 1, and the projection heights thereof are aligned to the height of the first flow path 3. At positions away from the projections 13, 14, many dimples 15 are distributed and protruded on a second plate 2, and the heights thereof are equalized to the height of the first flow path 3. The projections 13, 14 and respective depressed fitting parts on a back side of the dimples 15 are on the second flow path 4 side, and an inner fin 16 is interposed in the second flow path 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
