<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase defrosting efficiency in a refrigerator to be defrosted with a pipe heater attached to an evaporator. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator includes an evaporator 21 arranged in a chamber of a cooler provided on the back wall part of a refrigerator body, and a defrosting pipe heater 40 configured by storing a heater wire formed by winding a heating wire on an insulation core material in a metal pipe, the pipe heater 40 being attached to the evaporator 21. The pipe heater 30 has a high heating region 49 whose heating amount per unit length of the heater wire is larger than the other part by forming a high-density winding part whose winding pitch of the heating wire is narrower than the other part. The high heating region of the defrosting pipe heater 40 is arranged on an upstream side of circulation of cooling air in the evaporator 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
