<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical controller equipped with an error correcting section. <P>SOLUTION: According to a relation between a head side composite link vector VLh, a table side composite link vector VLt, a head side composite error link vector VLh' and a table side composite error link vector VLt', and from a relation between a correction amountΔ3D, a head and a Z-axis column, a correction amountΔ3D is corrected, and thereby a tool tip point is moved from a tip of the head side composite error link vector (a tip of VLh') to a tip of the table side composite error link vector (a tip of VLt'). Thus, even if there is an expansion/contraction error, a translational error, or a rotational error in each of link vectors Vh, Vx, Vy, Vz, Vc, Va and Vt, the actual tool tip point moves to a correct processing position on an actual workpiece, and thereby correct processing is performed to the workpiece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
