<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing resin composition for a resin mold, and a resin mold, which allow transfer of a fine pattern of nano order, and are excellent in peelability. <P>SOLUTION: Providing the curing resin composition for a resin mold, which contains a composite resin (A) having a polysiloxane segment (a1) and a vinylic polymer segment (a2), can provide the resin mold, which allows transfer of a fine pattern of nano order, and is excellent in peelability.
