<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance of an exhaust gas in a cylinder head 1 including an exhaust port 6. <P>SOLUTION: In the exhaust port 6, upstream parts 6a, 6b are branched from the upstream end to the midway part (6d) in an exhaust flow direction, and a downstream part 6c from the midway part (6d) to the downstream end is integrated. A short projecting part 7 is provided to follow the exhaust flow direction in the region where the exhaust gas is easily guided in the inner circumference of the downstream part 6c. Long projecting parts 8, 9, which at least equal to the number of the upstream parts 6a, 6b, are provided to follow the exhaust flow direction in both circumferential directions of the short projecting part 7 in the region where the exhaust gas is easily guide in the inner circumference from each of the upstream parts 6a, 6b to the downstream part 6c.
