<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying material which has such an effect that concrete for spraying, which is low in slump loss and little in temperature dependency, can be produced even if alumina cement of high hydration activity is contained in the concrete; and a spraying method therewith. <P>SOLUTION: This spraying material contains 100 pts. by mass of cement comprising mineral composition of insoluble residue having a Blaine specific surface area of not smaller than 2,500 cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g and 50-60 mass% tricalcium silicate, 0-4 mass% tricalcium aluminate and 10-18 mass% tetracalcium iron aluminate, aggregate and 0.5-10 pts.mass solid equivalent of a curing accelerator containing aluminum sulfate, this spray material contains 1-20 pts.mass alumina cement per 100 pts. by mass cement and this spray material contains one or two or more of the compound selected from an alkali metal salt, an amine compound and a fluorine compound, This spray method uses the spraying material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
