A teaching tool having blocks assembled on a board is provided to let children judge the completion or incompletion of figures or words by generating a signal through display devices installed in plural blocks when the blocks are assembled on the board in the form of figures or words. In a teaching tool having blocks assembled on a board(11), the board comprises a controller and peripheral devices, receives the form of figures or words, and has plural power lines(14) and plural signal lines(15) arranged vertically and horizontally. Plural block assembly regions(23) are defined on the board. Plural first connecting units are formed in each block assembly region and composed of plural power sockets connected with the power lines and plural signal sockets coupled with the signal lines. The blocks correspond to the respective first connecting units and comprise plural power plugs corresponding to the power sockets and plural signal plugs connected with the signal sockets. A discriminating device is embedded in the block to discriminate the blocks. A display unit is installed on the block facing the second connecting units and composed of plural LEDs(Light Emitting Diode) aligned in the shape of words or picture to emit the light, flicker, and change the color. |
