<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system for a digital pen to easily construct a user application. <P>SOLUTION: In this data processing system, a terminal 2 is provided with an area definition storage part 240 storing positional information of a specific area on a sheet 20 and processing type information showing a processing type of data written in the specific area in association with each other, a first data processing part 220 analyzing address data acquired from the digital pen 100 to generate handwriting information and extracting handwriting information in the specific area based on the positional information of the specific area stored in the area definition storage part 240, and a second data processing part 700 processing the extracted handwriting information based on the processing type information associated with the positional information of the specific area in the area definition storage part 240 and storing processed data in a database 730 accessible by the user application. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
