<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide laminate being superior in optical characteristics optimum to an optical film for a plasma display and the adhesion of a metal oxide film and a transparent substrate by providing a hard coat layer on a transparent resin substrate, especially an acrylic transparent resin substrate reduced in the change in double refraction caused by external force, that is, reduced in optical elastic modulus, and providing the metal oxide film on the hard coat layer, and a metal oxide laminate improved in optical characteristics optimum to a transparent electrode, the adhesion with a transparent conductive film and the stability of a sheet resistance value. <P>SOLUTION: The metal oxide laminate superior in optical characteristics and the adhesion of the metal oxide film and the transparent substrate can be obtained by directly forming the metal oxide film on the transparent substrate using a resin composition of an acrylic resin and a styrenic resin in a base material. Further, by facilitating the formation of the hard coat layer and forming the metal oxide film enhanced in its surface hardness by applying the hard coat layer, the metal oxide laminate is made superior in optical characteristics and the adhesion of the metal oxide film and the transparent substrate and can be also improved in the stability of the sheet resistance value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
