<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine curve while maintaining a reflecting function of a plate. <P>SOLUTION: A styrene foam plate 20 which becomes a nonconductive plate material having elasticity is sandwiched between an inlet portion 10 and a metal plate 30 functioning as the reflecting plate.
