ZnO BASED OPTICAL FUNCTIONAL ELEMENT, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ZnO based optical functional element of a structure which can be stably manufactured without damaging property of a ZnO based phosphor, and to provide its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The ZnO based optical functional element 1a has a base 10, a light emitting layer 40 whose substrate is ZnO disposed on the base 10 and a pair of electrode layers 20 for applying electric field to the light emitting layer 40. A pair of electrode layers 20 are arranged on the base 10 in parallel with the light emitting layer 40. Furthermore, at least a part of a pair of electrode layers 20 is disposed getting into between the light emitting layer 40 and the base 10. The ZnO based optical functional element 1a can be obtained by executing a light emitting layer formation process for forming the light emitting layer 40 after an electrode layer formation process for forming a pair of electrode layers 20.
