<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction changing device capable of changing an air distribution range corresponding to amount, quality and arrangement of clothes to be dried, and shortening a drying time without reducing the air distribution of the drying air of which the wind direction is changed. <P>SOLUTION: In this wind direction changing device, a main body incorporating a dehumidifying means and an air distributing means 3 is provided with a supply opening for supplying the dehumidifying air, and a vertical wind direction louver 9 for changing the wind direction in the elevation angle direction, a horizontal wind direction louver 4 for changing the wind direction in the horizontal direction, and a driving means 6b for rotating the vertical wind direction louver 9 and the horizontal wind direction louver 4, are disposed near the supply opening. The lowering of a wind speed can be prevented by increasing a rotating speed of the driving means 6b to be more than a prescribed angular speed, though the wind speed of the dehumidifying air is lowered corresponding to the rotating angles of the louvers, and an average wind speed of the dehumidifying air is increased, so that a clothes drying time can be remarkably shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
