<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic disassembling method for automatically disassembling a fastened article fastened by a fastener fabricated from a shape-memory material that releases itself from a fastening state by restoring its original shape, and an automatic disassembling apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic disassembling method comprises the step of causing a holder 101 to tightly hold a fastened article 110 fastened by a fastener 109 fabricated from a shape-memory material, the step of allowing the fastener 109 to restore its original shape by heating the same using a heater 103, and the step of causing a rotation device 104 to rotate the fastened article 110 tightly held by the holder 101 so that the unfastened fastener 109 naturally drops, whereby the automatic disassembling of the fastened article 110 can be carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
