PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To do away with a mounting process and a substrate for mounting electronic components on, by providing resistors to be arranged in a branching connector in a circuit without mounting them on a substrate. SOLUTION: The branching connector to be provided at a position of branching a branch line from a trunk line has bus bars made by punching a conductive metal plate contained in a connector housing. The bus bars have long joint parts, terminal parts for trunk-line connection made protruded from one side edge of the joint parts in a length direction with an interval, and terminal parts for branch-line connection. While the trunk-line connection terminals are linearly protruded from the joint parts, a resistor circuit with continuously formed narrow-width long parts reciprocated several times is intercalated between the branch-line connection terminals and the joint parts.
