PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board for preventing electromagnetic waves generated by electronic equipment itself from exerting an adverse influence upon the performance of the electronic equipment itself. SOLUTION: In a printed wiring board, a signal plane and a ground plane are formed. In the signal plane, a baseband block and a high-frequency block are connected through an interface, and the ground plane is opposing to the signal plane. In the ground plane, at an area opposing to the baseband block, a first ground portion is provided and at an area opposing to the high-frequency block, a second ground portion is provided. Between the first and second ground portions, a coupling portion is provided which has a low impedance with respect to a signal, of a specific frequency region, to be transmitted by the interface. Thus, an effective return path of a signal to be transmitted by the interface can be formed and furthermore, a radiation noise is also suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
