PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the missing of conductive wiring, unnecessary short-circuiting of conductors, and deterioration of adhesion strength that are easy to occur in the wiring component having the conductive wiring in an insulator. SOLUTION: The wiring component is configured by including a substrate 1 formed of the insulator having a plurality of recesses with different depths on the surface and the conductor 2 formed inside the recesses.
